We build software for the teams that don't sit at a desk
Most workplace software still assumes everyone has a laptop, an inbox they check hourly, and a desk to sit at. That's not true for the people who run the floor, drive the route, staff the front desk or cover the shift. Total-Team was built the other way around, for the team first, the office second.
Total-Team started as an internal tool built to solve a simple, familiar problem: a distributed team that couldn't keep its schedule, its timesheets, its training records and its conversations from living in five different, disconnected places. We built the tool we wished we already had, then decided other teams needed it too.
A few things we won't compromise on
Privacy by design
Every workspace gets its own physically separate database. Your team's data is never mixed with anyone else's, by design, not just by policy.
Built for real work
We design for someone glancing at a phone between customers, not someone with a second monitor. If it's not fast on a small screen, it's not finished.
Plain and honest
One plan, one price, every feature included. No sales calls required to find out what something costs.
Practical over flashy
We'd rather ship a feature your team actually uses every day than one that looks good in a demo.
Small team, careful choices
We're a small, focused team, which means every feature ships because someone genuinely needed it, not because a roadmap said so. We'd rather do fewer things well than everything half-heartedly.
Real-time sync across every open session, so nobody is ever looking at yesterday's schedule.
Dedicated hosting built around reliability for the parts of the product that matter most in the moment: chat, the time clock, live schedule updates.
A single, simple price, because "contact sales to find out" isn't a pricing model, it's a delay.
