Your total simply follows your headcount. Add someone and they are included, and billed, right away. Remove someone and your seat count drops immediately too - freeing them up for a replacement hire - with the option to lower what you are billed at the same time, credited pro rata on your next invoice.

Yes. Bring people on for a busy season, a project or a short-term role, then deactivate them the moment they are done. There is no minimum term per person and no separate "temporary" plan to buy into - it is the same flexible, per-seat billing either way.

Yes. There is no contract or minimum term. Cancelling isn't yet self-service from within your workspace - contact us on the Contact page and we will close it out for you.

Yes. Every workspace gets its own physically separate database. Nothing is ever shared across companies, even though we host every workspace.

Pay for the year up front and it costs 10 months at the monthly rate, so you get 2 months free. You choose monthly or annual when you sign up; to switch afterwards, contact us and we will set it up for your next renewal.
